Subscribe & Delivery Terms

Subscribe & Delivery is an ordering program offered by TheCatalog.com and/or its affiliates (Health Genesis Corp) for both retail customers and approved wholesale accounts. These terms govern your and our respective rights and obligations under the program. By placing an order through Subscribe & Delivery, you agree to these terms as well as TheCatalog.com’s Privacy Agreement and all other applicable terms, conditions, limitations, and requirements on TheCatalog.com website.

TheCatalog.com may modify the Subscribe & Delivery program at any time. Changes will apply to future orders, including existing subscriptions. Some details may change over time, such as product availability, price, taxes, shipping charges, or seller. If an item is unavailable at the time of shipping, you authorize us to update your subscription or fulfill your order with a similar item with the same formula, which we believe will meet your expectations. Replacement products may be returned for a full refund if you are not satisfied.

Your subscription will automatically create a new order according to your chosen delivery schedule until you cancel. You may cancel the subscription at any time by contacting us. We may terminate subscriptions at our discretion if the product is discontinued, out of stock for over three months, or if the product has been recalled. You may not assign or transfer your subscription or any benefits to a third party without authorization.

For wholesale accounts, minimum order requirements, shipping, and returns remain subject to Health Genesis Corporation’s Wholesale Policy. Retail customers are subject to standard shipping and returns as outlined on TheCatalog.com.

Some items may only be available for shipping within the forty-eight (48) contiguous US states.

Orders will be billed to the payment method used to create your subscription. If payment cannot be processed, future orders will not be shipped until the payment method is updated.

Your subscription will remain in effect until cancelled. If you cancel and later reactivate, future orders will be billed at the price at the time of the new order.
