Returns and Exchanges distributes natural products with one aim in mind: Your complete satisfaction. If you are unhappy with your purchase, return it to us within 30 days from the date of purchase for a complete refund or exchange. The following conditions apply:

Only one opened package of any product is eligible for return. When returning more than one package of the same item, the same must be factory sealed to qualify for a refund.

All returns must be pre-authorized. Please contact us either by telephone or email prior to returning any merchandise. Returns without a "Return Authorization Number" will not be issued a refund/exchange.

Unopened or opened products can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, and all items must be in their original packaging. Products must be shipped back to us at the customer's expense.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE: You must notify us immediately if any product is received either damaged or defective. We will immediately replace any damaged or defective merchandise and a "Return Label" will be enclosed for the defective item(s) to be returned back to us. If you wish to return any damaged or defective merchandise for a full refund, you must do so within 30 days.

All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued only upon receipt of the returned products.

Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot grant refunds.

No returns will be authorized after 30 days from the date of receipt of merchandise.
