FREE SHIPPING POLICY: TheCatalog.com offers free shipping for orders worth over $95.00 within the 48 contiguous states of United States of America, via First Class, United States Priority Mail, United States Parcel Post, United Parcel Service (UPS), or FedEx. The following conditions and exceptions apply:
On free shipping offers, we reserve the right to choose the shipping method. Orders may be shipped via UPS or United States Postal Service (USPS) at our discretion. A minimum of US$31.63 will be collected for overnight delivery. Note that additional shipping charges may apply when using UPS Next Day Air and UPS Saturday Delivery. All international orders are subject to additional shipping charges.
ORDERS INSIDE THE US: All orders under $95 will be charged a minimum of $5.95 the time of placing the order and you will be able to see it before completing the order. If you choose "Free Shipping" and your order does not qualify for free shipping (see conditions/exceptions above for non-continental states and PO BOXES), shipping charges will be charged and later appear on your final invoice.
WHEN SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S., all orders are insured because, without it, we cannot guarantee delivery or cover damages, if any. All packages are sent via either USPS , UPS, or DHL (unless otherwise instructed by customer). Orders delivered outside the continental United States will be charged USPS EXPRESS shipping and handling costs. Charges are based on the weight and destination. All packages are sent as non-prescription nutritional supplements for private use only. So far, all orders have been accepted in ALL continents. All orders are usually shipped within 24-72 hours.
Returned, refused and seized packages
We strongly encourage you to contact your customs office or other appropriate authority before you place an order to familiarize yourself with any regulations or restrictions that may apply. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed, or returned to us.
Before you make a purchase, please read our disclaimer regarding returned, refused or seized orders:
Address or other customer error: If a package is returned to thecatalog.com due to address error (or any other error) made by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred.
Violation of laws: If a package is returned to thecatalog.com due to violation of a country's laws, the customer will be responsible for any fees (such as quarantine, warehousing or shipping) billed to thecatalog.com. A refund will be issued for merchandise only.
Customer refusal:If a customer refuses a package because of additional fees (or for any other reason), thecatalog.com will issue a refund for merchandise only, minus shipping fees, upon receipt of the returned package. The customer will be responsible for any shipping fees incurred.
Customs seizure: If a package has been halted/seized by customs or abandoned by the shipping carrier, the customer will not receive credit for the order. If and when thecatalog.com receives the returned package, a refund will be issued for merchandise only, minus any shipping fees.
For any returned package: For any order that is returned to thecatalog.com, if return shipping cost is greater than the cost of goods ordered, thecatalog.com will instruct the carrier to abandon the package. In such a case, the customer will not receive a refund for the order, but will not be liable for the return shipping cost.
Destroyed or unreturned package: If a package has been destroyed by customs or the carrier, or has otherwise not been returned to thecatalog.com, we cannot issue a refund for the order.
We do not accept COD (cash on delivery) orders.
