Shipping Options and Policy
TheCatalog.com (hereafter, "we", or "us"), does not charge for handling. Very competitive rates are charged for shipping, unless the conditions for a "Free Shipping" offer is met (in which case, shipping will be free).
When Shipping Outside the U.S., all orders are insured because, without it, we cannot guarantee delivery or cover damages, if any. All packages are sent via either USPS, UPS, or DHL (unless otherwise instructed by customer). Orders delivered outside the continental United States will be charged USPS EXPRESS shipping and handling costs. Charges are based on weight and destination. All packages are sent as non-prescription nutritional supplements for private use only. So far, all orders have been accepted in ALL continents. All orders are usually shipped within 24-72 hours.
Note for Israel Orders: Israel’s post advises that there is a country-wide lockdown until Oct. 11, 2020. During the lockdown, postal services will continue to function with restrictions, including closure of delivery points in shops, reduced working hours in post offices, and reduction of the workforce to minimize contact between people. Items normally requiring the addressee’s signature upon delivery will be handed over without signature. All of these measures will affect the processing and delivery of all types of services, including outbound and inbound letter post, parcel post and EMS, with an impact on quality of service.
Returned, refused and seized packages: We strongly encourage you to contact your customs office or other appropriate authority before you place an order to familiarize yourself with any regulations or restrictions that may apply. Customs regulations differ by country and not knowing their regulations can result in your order incurring high import duties, delivery being delayed, or returned to us.
