NOW® Foods' Receiving Department guarantees
all our inbound packaging and raw materials are 100% free of all product damage,
including pest contamination. Additionally, the department ensures all products
are accurately identified and quality control sampled with organic certified
products noted.
Before any raw materials are used for manufacturing, they are staged in a quarantine
area until approved by their Quality Control Department for compliance with
NOW® Foods' stringent product specification
standards. Depending on their unique storage requirements, all raw materials
are then stored either in their climate controlled warehouse or in refrigerator
and freezer units prior to their use in manufacturing. They are stored according
to quantity, lot number and, most importantly, stock rotation.

SHIPPING POLICY: TheCatalog.com offers free shipping for orders worth
over $49.00 within the 48 contiguous states of United States of America, via
First Class, United States Priority Mail, United States Parcel Post, United
Parcel Service (UPS), or FedEx.
The following conditions and exceptions apply:
- We do
not provide free shipping on ALL general merchandise items, grocery
items, and orders where the total shipping weight exceeds
10 lbs, whether such weight is calculated individually or collectively,
and additionally, whether such products are in a liquid or a powder form.
IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTE that when ordering individual
items that add up to 8 or 9 LBS (e.g. 4 units of Whey Protein 2 lb), your
order's total shipping weight may still exceed the 10 LB limit for free
shipping. Using this same example, because the 2 LB of Whey Protein are
packaged in a plastic bottle that weighs a few ounces, this will cause the
total shipping weight to increase. In addition, these items are placed in
a box that will weigh at least 8 oz to 1 LB and packaging materials are
also added (e.g. packing peanuts, paper, smaller boxes). Therefore, keep
in mind that, in most cases, shipping charges will be added to your order
when ordering items adding up to 8 or 9 LB.
- Orders
from ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS, GUAM, SAMOA, MILITARY
(APO/FPO Addresses), and P.O. BOXES: FREE SHIPPING Weight limit is 5 LBS.
A discounted shipping rate will apply when your order exceeds 5 LBS. Also,
the same conditions described above with regards to TOTAL SHIPPING WEIGHT
will apply to 5 LBS orders.
- The table
below depicts the exact shipping charges that will apply to all products/orders
that are not included in the free shipping offer stated above. Shipping
charges may be approximately 25% higher than those depicted on the table
below when shipping to non-continental U.S. states or territories.
ORDERS
INSIDE THE US: All
orders under $49.00 (or those weighing over 10 lbs) will be charged a minimum
of $5.29, and in increments based on weight and destination.
Shipping charges are F.O.B. North Miami, FL, U.S.A. Orders will be sent by USPS
(US Postal Service), UPS, or comparable service. Payment for shipping is added
at the time of placing the order and you will be able to see it before completing
the order (except if you choose FREE SHIPPING, shipping charges will be charged
and will later appear on your invoice if your order does not qualify for free
shipping. If this is the case, the computer will show $0.00 for shipping charges
but actual shipping charges will show on your last invoice). Please email
us if you want to know the exact shipping charges for your order if it goes
over 10 lbs).
A minimum
of US$15.75-US$18.50 will be collected for overnight delivery. Note that additional
shipping charges may apply when using UPS Next Day Air and UPS Saturday Delivery.
ALL items weighing 2 LBS or more will be charged shipping
costs based on actual weight and destination. All international orders
are subject to additional shipping charges.
WHEN
SHIPPING OUTSIDE THE U.S.,
all orders are insured because, without it, we cannot guarantee delivery or
cover damages, if any. All packages are sent via either USPS , UPS, or DHL (unless
otherwise instructed by customer). Orders delivered outside the continental
United States will be charged actual US Portal
Service Express shipping and handling costs. Click
here to check USPS Global Express Mail shipping costs to your country; charges
are based on the weight and destination. All packages are sent as non-prescription
nutritional supplements for private use only. So far, all orders have been accepted
in ALL continents. All orders are usually shipped within 24-72 hours.

RETURN
POLICY

products with one aim in mind: Your complete satisfaction. If you are unhappy
with your purchase through TheCatalog.com, return
it to us within 30 days for a complete refund or exchange. The following conditions
apply:
• All
returns must be pre-authorized. Please contact us either by telephone or email
prior to returning any merchandise. Returns without a "Return Authorization
Number" will not be issued a refund/exchange.
• Absolutely no refunds on bulk
items, including but not limited to any food or non-food item weighing more
than 10 LBS.
• SHIPPING
FEES. If your original purchase qualified for FREE shipping and you choose to
return any part or all of the order, you will be still responsible to pay for
any shipping and handling costs that we have already incurred to ship the product(s)
to you.
• Unopened or opened products can be returned for a full refund
of the purchase price (except bulk items - see above), and all items must be
in their original packaging. Products must be shipped
back to HEALTH GENESIS CORP at the customers' expense.
• DAMAGED MERCHANDISE. You must
notify us immediately if any product is received either damaged or defective.
We will immediately replace any damaged or defective merchandise and a "Return
Label" will be enclosed for the defective items to be returned back to
us. If you wish to return any damaged or defective merchandise for a full refund,
you must do so within 30 days and at your own expense. Remember, we offer to
replace the damaged items at our expense, but all voluntary returns must be
shipped at the customer's expense.
•
All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will
be issued only upon receipt of the returned products.
• Shipping charges cannot be refunded. If
items are not insured properly and get lost or damaged when returned, we cannot
grant refunds.
•
ABSOLUTELY no returns after 30 days from the date of receipt of merchandise.
